  1. No Upfront Fee: Becoming a tax partner with us requires no upfront costs. Instead, a $199 fee will be deducted from your first funded client transactions, making it easy to start without an initial investment.

  2. Commission Split: We operate on a 60/40 commission split, allowing you to retain a significant portion of your earnings while benefiting from our established support and resources.

  3. Training and Office Support: We’re dedicated to setting you up for success. Partners receive training and can utilize our office space, complete with desks, computers, printers, marketing materials, and internet access, creating a professional setting to build your business.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms of the Tax Partner Program with Abundant Innovative Solutions. I accept the 60/40 commission split, with no upfront fee to join, understanding that a $199 fee will be deducted from my first funded clients. I agree that all client information, files, and documents are to be stored onsite at Abundant Innovative Solutions and understand that removing or taking client data off-premises will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal actions, including lawsuits and potential criminal charges.


Additionally, I agree to a non-compete clause and commit to exclusively working with Abundant Innovative Solutions for the full calendar tax year in which I enroll, refraining from partnering with any competing tax service providers.
